Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, sale events, or unavoidable courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a specific amount (Set your limit).

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for COD orders or orders below the free shipping limit.

  • Charges will be displayed at checkout before final payment.


4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you:

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Name

  • Tracking Link

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If the provided address or phone number is incorrect:

  • Delivery may be delayed or returned.

  • We will contact you if the courier cannot reach you.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on your pin code.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • Orders with COD must have accurate contact details for delivery confirmation.


7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected date:

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund.


8. Damaged Packaging at Delivery

If your package looks damaged or tampered with:

  • Please take a photo/video at the time of delivery.

  • Contact us immediately before opening the parcel.

If you plan to ship internationally, add this:

  • International shipping charges apply based on location.
